Thinking and doing may require different skill sets, but they always require brains. That’s why our organisational structure looks like this:

As you can see, roughly half our people mostly engage the left side of their brains, while the other half mostly engage the right side of their brain. It’s a nicely balanced, organic structure that makes sense to us, and hopefully to you. 

In the middle cortex you will see Peter and Justine. They are the founders and directors of Red Jelly. They are supported by an executive team that comprises: creative directors Andrew Timbs and Andrew Clough, senior account director Sara Sharif, business manager Nicole Broomhall and media manager Tania Warren. Within Red Jelly, these people are often referred to as the ‘grown-ups’.
